Kyle Corrigan is the Founder and Chief Investigator of Bright Line Investigations LLC, a multi state private investigation agency serving attorneys, insurers, businesses, and private clients throughout the Upper Midwest. He brings more than 17 years of investigative experience with a focus on criminal defense investigation, surveillance operations, process service, insurance SIU contract surveillance, and litigation support.
Bright Line Investigations LLC is licensed as a Wisconsin private detective agency and holds additional agency licensure in Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, and Michigan. Kyle is licensed as a Private Detective in Minnesota. The firm’s work emphasizes documentation discipline, confidentiality, evidentiary integrity, and constitutional compliance. Bright Line Investigations maintains its headquarters in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, with regional office locations near St. Paul, Minnesota; Des Moines, Iowa; Appleton, Wisconsin; Chicago, Illinois; Madison, Wisconsin; and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Kyle also founded the Wisconsin Institute for Constitutional Integrity Inc., an independent nonprofit research and academic organization focused on constitutional governance, whistleblower intake documentation, civil rights research, and policy development. WICI operates separately from Bright Line Investigations with clear financial and governance separation, while benefiting from field informed insight that supports standards based research and institutional best practices.
